Returns and Exchanges?
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we keep things smooth and simple:

🗓 Return Window

You have 10 business days from the date your order is delivered to submit a return request. After that, the runway is closed.

👕 Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Free of pet hair, deodorant marks, cologne clouds, and mystery stains

  • With original tags (if applicable)

If it looks like it went to brunch, the gym, or a family reunion, we won’t be able to accept it.

📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service since we can’t issue refunds for items that don’t make it back home.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to show up on your statement depending on your bank.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or decorated apparel

  • Items returned after the 10-business-day window

If something arrived damaged or we made a mistake, that’s on us. Reach out and we’ll make it right.
